California Sun Dried Rainier Cherries – Natural

The rainier cherries are washed, de-stemmed and pitted, then carefully laid on drying trays, and laid in the California sun to dry. The cherries are removed from the trays, rewashed, sorted, packaged, and stored. The cherries used are grown locally in the California San Joaquin Valley and the sun drying process locks in the intense fruit flavors.
