California Sun Dried Tomatoes – Organic Julienne Cut
California roma-type organic tomatoes are prepared from clean, wholesome, red, mature fruit. The tomatoes are washed, machine cut and carefully laid on redwood drying trays, treated with salt, then dried in the California sun. The tomatoes are steam treated to reduce bacteria The tomatoes are then processed to order. The drying process consists of sunlight only. The tomatoes are 100% organic.
